Chick-fil-A owner/operators offer product giveaway promotions at their discretion as part of the company's marketing plan. Occasionally, the company will hold a systemwide giveaway, such as its annual Cow Appreciation Day, honoring its popular cow mascots.
 
QSRweb.com visited a Chick-fil-A in Clarksville, Ind., and talked to the owner and customers about why the event is so popular.
