NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — More hot dogs are eaten in July than any other month of the year – a fact that prompted the National Hot Dog & Sausage Council to designate July as National Hot Dog Month. In recognition of the event, the 345-unit Wienerschnitzel chain has christened July 14 as "Free Original Chili Dog or Small Cone Day."
Wienerschnitzel will be giving away a free Original Chili Dog or Tastee-Freez Small Cone on July 14 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at participating Wienerschnitzel locations throughout the Western United States.
This month, Wienerschnitzel rolls out its new UnDER $1 Menu, which features a Chili Burger, Corn Dog, Original Stadium Dog, Original Mustard Dog, Original Relish Dog, Chili Cheese Fries Burrito, Jalapeno Poppers (3-pack) and Chocolate Dipped Small Cone.
The free Original Chili Dog or Small Cone offer is valid at participating Wienerschnitzel locations only. Limit one Original Chili Dog or Small Cone per person, per visit only. Tastee-Freez is not available at all Wienerschnitzel locations.
