13 Central Florida News: An 18-year-old Osceola County, Fla., woman has filed a lawsuit against Burger King alleging an employee's handing her an unbalanced tray of five cups of hot coffee caused second and third degree burns.
 
The woman is now bedridden and seeking compensation for medical bills, pain and suffering and the cost of future procedures like skin grafts and physical therapy, lost time at work and the possible loss of a scholarship.
 
Burger King Corp. said it has not been formally served with the lawsuit and could not provide comment.
