ATLANTA — Marble Slab Creamery has announced that it will offer a new Cookie Dough Ice Cream flavor and corresponding Ultimate Cookie Dough Tasty Creation featuring Cookie Dough ice cream, chocolate sprinkles, cookie dough and fudge.
Known for its homemade gourmet ice cream and the innovation of the "granite slab" technique, the brand will roll-out the new flavor and ice cream combination nationwide starting this month. Marble Slab Creamery is managed by NexCen Franchise Management Inc., a subsidiary of NexCen Brands Inc.
"Marble Slab Creamery continues to expand its gourmet product line in 2009 with the introduction of our Cookie Dough ice cream flavor and Tasty Creation," said Jenn Johnston, senior vice president of brand marketing for NexCen Franchise Management. "This new flavor combination is in addition to our recently announced Celebrity Sundae program that features signature sundaes from Top Chefs Fabio Viviani, Carla Hall and Jeff McInnis, all summer long."
