Investor's Business Daily: In Taco Bell's continual search for product innovation, the company considers about 200 concepts a year and whittles them down to the 20 best to test in the field.
 
Current products under consideration include shrimp tacos and pork "carnitas" burritos as well as breakfast meals and large portion take-home family dinners. The latter two initiatives are early in their development and haven't reached the test marketing stage.
