CKE announced details relating to its 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The company's Proxy Statement has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and can be viewed along with the 2009 Annual Report on the company's Web site.
The meeting will be held June 25 at 10 a.m. Central time (11 a.m. Eastern) at the Ritz-Carlton, 100 Carondelet Plaza, St. Louis, Mo.
