The Atlanta Journal-Constitution: The Atlanta-area McDonald's Operators Association is paying the 50-cent toll for all Ga. 400 drivers between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. today. The marketing effort includes giving all drivers a card for a free small hot McCafe coffee or medium iced McCafe coffee. Between 6,000 and 10,000 commuters are expected to pass through the tolls during the promotion.
