The Portsmouth Herald ( Maine ): A Portsmouth, Maine, man has pleaded guilty to a class A misdemeanor count of shoplifting after stealing a $8.29 bag of coffee from a Dunkin' Donuts. He was given a suspended 60-day jail sentence, fined $400, ordered to pay $8.29 restitution and banned from all city Dunkin' Donuts for two years.
