LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Yum! Brands Inc., parent company of Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and KFC, has announced the results of its cash tender offer to purchase up to $150 million of its 7.700 percent Senior Notes due July 1, 2012.The tender offer commenced April 30 and expired at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time May 28.
 
Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the depositary for the tender offer, has informed Yum! Brands that holders tendered slightly more than $137 million aggregate principal amount of the Notes.
