As more independent companies spring up to provide online ordering solutions, finding one that interfaces with a store's point-of-sale system can be a challenge. MICROS Systems Inc. announced at the National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show 2009 in Chicago that it would soon be debuting its mycentral online ordering solution.
 
QSRweb caught up with Ted Brooks, sales engineer - leisure and entertainment for MICROS, on the show floor to discuss the advantage of implementing an online ordering solution developed by a POS provider.
