The Express and Star: Yet another restaurant employee has filmed himself tampering with food and posted the video on You Tube, this time in Britain. The Brownhills, West Midlands-based Subway employee was filmed stuffing lettuce in his nose and mouth before blowing it back out into food trays used for customers' sandwiches.
 
As a result, the public shunned the business, forcing it to close and the franchisee to abandon it. The 22-year-old employee admitted contaminating the food in court and was sentenced to community service and fined.
