LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Yum! Brands Inc., parent company of Pizza Hut, KFC and Taco Bell, has announced that it will offer a cash tender offer to purchase up to $150 million of its 7.7 percent Senior Notes due July 1, 2012. The tender offer is set to expire at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on May 28, unless extended, and is subject to the terms and conditions of the tender offer.
 
Holders must tender their notes by 5 p.m. Eastern time on May 13, unless extended, to be eligible to receive the total consideration, which includes an early tender payment of $40.
