DUNCAN, S.C. — Techknow Inc. has announced a new addition to its line of products for the QSR industry, the CTS-1000.
The CTS-1000 is its newest drive-thru timer that offers all of the critical information on the screen at a glance and is compatible with current industry configurations for drive-thru monitoring. As with all timer models available through Techknow, the CTS-1000 can be integrated with most point-of-sale systems in the QSR industry.
The CTS-1000 utilizes clear, concise and simple graphics to communicate information about each store's drive-thru performance. Coupled with Techknow's DTS-1000 drive-thru statistical reporting software, the CTS-1000 gives the store manager the tools to identify roadblocks to maximizing drive-thru performance.
Additionally, the reporting software gives management the ability to measure performance factors as they relate to multiple day parts — from setting realistic targets for crew and tracking their performance to rewarding them for meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
