The Business Review (Albany, N.Y.): The New York State Restaurant Association has closed its Rochester and Long Island offices due to a 10 percent decline in membership, the result of increased restaurant closings and fewer restaurant openings. The trade group's headquarters, in Albany, and its New York City offices will stay open
