NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. — ParTech Inc. a leading provider of software and hardware solutions to restaurants, hotels, spas and retail industries, has announced that the Subway restaurant chain has selected PAR as its supplier of in-store hardware point-of-sale terminals.
In addition, Subway restaurants will utilize PAR's global capabilities and infrastructure during their new worldwide technology implementation for deployment and lifecycle support services. ParTech Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corp.
The Subway chain selected PAR's EverSer POS hardware solution for its next generation in-store hardware platform. By design, PAR's hardware solutions contain energy-saving features and architecture that highlight a low total cost of ownership and long product lifespan. PAR worked closely with the Subway technology team to ensure that all of the brand's technology requirements were met and exceeded.
