MonkeyMedia to host catering teleconference

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Monkeymedia.net has announced the next installment of its Brown Bag Lunch live teleconference series, scheduled for April 2 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time, covering How to Scale Your Catering Effort. Operators and executives from quick-service and fast casual restaurants are encouraged to RSVP and join the approximately 45-minute conversation.
The Brown Bag Lunch series will bring together key decision-makers from some of the nation's most renowned restaurant chains who will discuss a range of topics such as catering menu management, effective promotion and efficient execution. The sessions are facilitated by Erle Dardick, CEO of Monkeymedia.net and a seasoned deli and catering operator with more than 15 years in the foodservice business.
On April 2, operators will learn how they can drive additional sales through a successful and well-planned catering program.
