South Florida Business Journal: Burger King Holdings has filed a trademark lawsuit against Steak n Shake, alleging that the chain's Steakburger Shots, is "confusingly similar" to trademarked Burger King names BK Burger Shots and BK Shots. Burger King said it started using BK Shots in February 2008.
 
The federal lawsuit seeks a jury trial and unspecified damages of more than $75,000.
