• Study finds customers don't read nutrition info in stores

USA Today: A study by Yale University has observed that only 0.1 percent of customers in a sample group read the nutritional facts available on posters, pamphlets or computer terminals in restaurants before ordering. The author of the study said in the May issue of the American Journal of Public Health that the data indicates that calories posted on menu boards would be read more.
