MIAMI — Burger King Holdings Inc. has announced that the company will participate in the Bank of America and Merrill Lynch 2009 Consumer Conference March 11 at the Palace Hotel in New York beginning at 3:30 p.m. Eastern time.
Russ Klein, president, global marketing strategy and innovation, will present the company's strategic overview. Amy Wagner, senior vice president, investor relations and global communications, also will attend.
The presentation will be webcast live via the company's investor relations Web site at and at www.veracast.com/webcasts/bas/consumer09/id96110335.cfm. The presentation will be archived on the company's Web site for one month.

Jack in the Box Inc. has announced that the company will participate in two upcoming investment conferences, including:
- Bank of America and Merrill Lynch 2009 Consumer Conference March 11, at 8:25 a.m. Eastern time.
- J.P. Morgan Gaming, Lodging, Restaurant & Leisure Conference, in Las Vegas, March 17 9:45 a.m. Pacific time (12:45 Eastern time). This conference will not be webcast.
