Health magazine has ranked America's top 10 healthiest meals at limited-service restaurants. McDonald's, the only quick-service restaurant on the list, comes in at No. 8 for its Happy Meals with apple dippers and low-fat milk or juice. Other healthy options include the Grilled Chicken Classic sandwich and wraps minus mayonnaise or sauce, salad with Paul Newman low-fat balsamic vinaigrette and the Egg McMuffin.
The magazine also ranked the healthiest of fast food indulgence items, and McDonald's small fries and Chicken Nuggets made the list, as did Burger King's 4-piece Chicken Tenders.
The top three healthiest fast food value menu choices were McDonald's McChicken Sandwich, Burger King's Whopper Jr. and McDonald's Ice Cream Sundae, strawberry flavor.
