ATLANTA — Wendy's/Arby's Group Inc., parent company of Wendy's International Inc. and Arby's Restaurant Group Inc., has announced that it will release consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and year on March 2 before the market opens.
A conference call will follow at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time and will be webcast live from the investor relations portion of the company's Web site. Hosting the call will be Roland C. Smith, president and chief executive officer, Stephen E. Hare, senior vice president and chief financial officer, and John D. Barker, senior vice president and chief communications officer.
