Arby's promotes 'Gourmazing' Market Fresh line

Arby's has brought back its popular Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich and wraps, part of its Market Fresh line, for a limited time.

To celebrate the return, Arby's is hosting a "Good to Gourmazing" $10,000 giveaway throughout May. Fans will have the chance to earn points for the promotion on Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, Instagram, and more to win prizes.

They can earn points by "liking" the brand on Facebook, tagging the brand, and checking-in.

Prizes include Arby's gift cards and T-shirts, Amazon gift cards, and iTunes gift cards. The more points earned, the greater the chances are of winning the $10,000 giveaway.

The campaign also will tout how much time and preparation goes into making Arby's Market Fresh sandwiches. According to a national survey conducted by Wakefield Research, almost 60 percent of Americans aren't always happy with the lunch they've made. Their average lunch takes 12 minutes to prepare.

Arby's claims it spends 72 minutes each morning to hand-chop the ingredients incorporated into the Pecan Chicken Salad sandwiches and wraps.

Additionally, earlier this week, Arby's introduced a new dessert item on its Facebook page. The Orange Cream Shakey dessert is available for a limited time.
