The interior and exterior details of Bojangles' units aren’t the only part of the company undergoing a redesign. Studiobanks, a digital agency specializing in online marketing and web development, has launched a new digital brand platform for the Charlotte, N.C.-based chain.
Designed to bring Bojangles’ distinctive personality to life online, the platform includes a new consumer website (Bojangles.com), a microsite for Bojangles’ news (Newsroom.bojangles.com) and a mobile site for smartphone and tablet users (M.bojangles.com).
Studiobanks partnered with BooneOakley, Bojangles’ advertising agency, to ensure a cohesive brand experience that matches its award-winning campaign, “It’s Bo Time!”
The websites are highly-functional and engaging, allowing visitors to browse the food and beverage menu, interact with promotions and easily find nearby restaurant locations.
“Not only does this new digital platform let us better connect with our fans, it also allows us to be much more agile as a company,” said Randy Poindexter, Bojangles’ senior vice president of marketing. “The content management system Studiobanks created makes the process of managing everything from promotions to nutritional values extremely simple. It’s much faster and more flexible, which means we can give our fans the most up-to-date information as soon as we get it.”
