El Pollo Loco adds bilingual mobile surveys to gauge consumer perception

On The Spot Systems, a provider of location-specific, real-time mobile surveys, has announced the success of a recent partnership with El Pollo Loco. On The Spot Systems provides the company with its signature mobile R&D tool.

El Pollo Loco utilizes the On The Spot Systems survey platform to conduct in-restaurant intercept research, in both English and Spanish.
