Hardee's adds pork chop offering to breakfast menu

Hardee's is bringing back its take on a classic Southern meal with the reintroduction of the Pork Chop 'N' Gravy Biscuit. Now available at all Hardee's locations, the Pork Chop 'N' Gravy Biscuit features a breaded, boneless pork chop topped with sausage gravy on the brand's signature Made from Scratch buttermilk biscuit.

Hardee's has offered several versions of the Pork Chop Biscuit throughout the past 10 years.

"From bacon to ham to sausage, in link or patty form, for a lot of people breakfast simply isn't breakfast without pork. So, Hardee's just made pork a little more uptown with the new Pork Chop 'N' Gravy Biscuit. There is just something about a pork chop covered with sausage gravy and served in the middle of one of our signature Made from Scratch Biscuits that feels like the definition of comfort food," said Brad Haley, chief marketing officer for Hardee's.

The Pork Chop 'N' Gravy Biscuit is available for $2.99 as an entree and $4.69 as a small combo with Hash Rounds and a beverage. Prices may vary by location.
