Foodservice equipment designer and manufacturer Henny Penny Corporation has hired Benjamin Leingang to be the company's new corporate chef. Chef Leingang comes to Henny Penny from Compass Group North America, a top foodservice management company.

Most recently, he managed all aspects of foodservice for Honda Manufacturing of North America; this role encompassed multiple on-site cafes as well as numerous corporate functions and employee events.

"Ben brings a unique combination of corporate and culinary experience," said Rob Connelly, CFSP, president of Henny Penny. "He's been an executive chef and has overseen menu development and kitchen operations in a variety of environments, from fine dining to private clubs to corporate dining. This gives him insight to the challenges faced by foodservice operators, and will help us to better serve their needs."

Henny Penny recently sponsored the Top 100 Fast Casual Movers and Shakers. See who made the list.
