Inventory solution helps Dairy Queen manage promotions, supply

Chain Leader: International Dairy Queen initially had difficulty juggling its 20 annual national promotions, 12 of which are created around its Blizzard specialty treat. After implementing iTradeNetwork's inventory-management solutions, the company supply chain subsidiary is now able to track what product is going to IDQ's distribution warehouses while also keeping tabs on how well promotions are doing. The return on investment is seen in what the company saves in obsolete inventory and accuracy of data.
