Keyser Retail Solutions (KRS), has launched the Impulse Zone Mini Duo and Mini Trio, two new drive-thru signage products specifically created for the quick-service restaurant market. The products are designed to increase incremental impulse purchases at the point of order and are part of the Impulse Zone Series product line that also includes the Impulse Zone Topper.
Offered in a manual or motorized version, the Mini Duo and Mini Trio provide messaging flexibility so an operator can target the impulse offer based upon time of day. The Mini Duo features a two-sided column, while the Mini Triple offers a three-sided column. Both products utilize LED lighting to provide optimal and energy efficient illumination for menu products.
"When it comes to getting the most from your drive-thru zone, a disciplined approach makes a big difference," says Judy Haselberger, president of KRS. "A Zone Strategy and Line of Sight Analysis will quickly identify high-value opportunities to optimize drive-thru merchandising, allowing a store operator to daypart effectively and deliver the right message at the right time in the right place to influence customers' decisions."
According to research by King-Casey, 56 percent of consumers are influenced at the point of order.
"The Impulse Zone Mini Duo and Mini Trio expose drive-thru customers to messaging at the right decision-point without slowing down the process or missing out on up-sell or impulse purchase opportunities," Haselberger said. "When Impulse Zone signage is well-executed and well-placed, we've found that a vast majority of customers will read it. And that's resulted in increased sales and profits."
KRS recently entered into a marketing agreement with digital signage leader Wireless Ronin Technologies to provide strategies and technology solutions to the QSR industry.
