As part of its ongoing plans to expand throughout Canada, KFC has joined the network of companies on Canadian franchise portal BeTheBoss.ca. According to a news release, BeTheBoss.ca features information on franchising for prospective franchisees as well as alerts on current opportunities, industry events, interviews with franchise owners, and articles on industry trends. The site was founded in 2001 and features hundreds of different franchise companies operating in Canada in many different industries ranging from QSRs to financial services.

BeTheBoss.ca has come a long way over the years and continues to be the go-to place for everything to do with franchising in Canada," said Rob Lancit, founder of BeTheBoss.ca and CEO of FranTech Media Inc. Recently, BeTheBoss.ca joined the International Franchise Association.
Currently, there are more than 650 KFC locations in Canada. As part of its partnership with BeTheBoss.ca, KFC Canada plans to open new franchise territories across the country.
