McDonald's launches online employee-training program

CHICAGO The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) has partnered with McDonald's Corporation to roll out the ServSafe Manager Certification Training Online Course and Exam to all McDonald's U.S. restaurants.
The online course is self-paced and allows users to easily review key concepts from anywhere with an Internet connection. The online course helps prepare employees for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam by incorporating audio and video instruction with interactive exercises that simulate real-life scenarios. It also offers pre- and post-tests to help students measure their level of understanding of food-safety concepts.
The ServSafe Manager Certification Training Online Course is part of the ServSafe product line, which also includes ServSafe Coursebook, ServSafe Essentials, ServSafe Instructor Complete Toolkit, and ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certificate Examination.
