NetBase introduces real-time social dashboard for businesses

NetBase has introduced its Brand LIVE Pulse, giving operators instant visibility into the social movement of brands.

According to a news release, the new platform is a visual social dashboard that works on smartphones, tablets and billboards, and provides users with access to real-time insights so they can react, adapt and communicate.

NetBase developed Brand LIVE Pulse to provide a live view of brands on social channels. The company said it allows organizations to:

  • See a live update of how many people are talking about your brand and be the first to know if there is unusual activity;
  • View the intensity of chatter around your brand by state to identify and focus on geo hot spots;
  • Instantly see what's trending for your brand and see who is driving the conversation.
