Quick Service Restaurant Holdings has selected MICROS Simphony for its three Australian brands — Red Rooster, Oporto and Chicken Treat. The cloud-based MICROS Simphony Enterprise solution, to be self-hosted and systematically implemented across 550-plus stores, will include point of sale, labor and the MICROS Kitchen Display System.
According to a news release, the QSRH Group was formed in 2007, and has restaurants across Australia and New Zealand.
"We are very excited to have selected MICROS' next generation cloud point-of-sale solution," QSRH COO Simon Peach said in the release. "MICROS Simphony will provide our enterprise with the best tools to drive sales and achieve improved speed of service, while allowing us to deliver improved central support services and menu maintenance to our extensive network of franchisees, all in the cloud. We are excited about the opportunities MICROS offers to enhance further the customer experience, including tablets for queue busting, loyalty and digital programs."
