Recruitment business, consulting firm partner to form one-stop shop for restaurant owners

March 20, 2014

Patrice & Associates, a recruiting partner in the restaurant industry, announced today its new partnership with consulting firm, One Management Solutions, according to a company press release.

Through the two companies' work together, Patrice & Associates will take responsibility for the recruiting services One Management Solutions offers its clients. Likewise, as Patrice & Associates' clients request additional restaurant industry support, One Management Solutions will be called to duty, said Barry Burns, CEO of One Management Solutions.

"The team at One Management is excited to be strategically aligned with Patrice & Associates for its recruiting needs. This alliance will further the mission of One Management to be the one call solution for its clients," Burns said. "The joint efforts of One Management Solutions and Patrice & Associates will enhance our ability to provide a seamless solution to support our many clients."

Patrice Rice, president and founder of Patrice & Associates, began the hospitality management recruiting company more than 20 years ago out of her basement. She recently launched a growth initiative for the company, seeking to expand by opening franchised Patrice & Associates offices. Now one of the largest privately held search firms in the country, Patrice & Associates fills positions for thousands of U.S. restaurants (currently filling more than 600 positions) and guides thousands of management candidates to new job opportunities.

"2014 has already been a great year for Patrice & Associates, and we're just getting started," Rice said. "We are thrilled to join forces with One Management, and to offer new and existing clients the most comprehensive recruiting and consulting services available in the restaurant industry."

The Patrice & Associates and One Management Solutions relationship has allowed both firms to solidify their role as a strategic partner to restaurants who seek help with staffing or new business development, Rice said. Restaurant companies today are looking for more than a resume. They are seeking talent that can embody the culture and have a positive impact on the brands' growth.
