Toppers Pizza corporate picks Intura Vision POS

ARLINGTON, Texas — Intura Solutions, a supplier of POS and business-management software for quick-service, fast-casual and delivery restaurant concepts, announced Toppers Pizza of Whitewater, Wis., has selected the Intura Vision point-of-sale solution as its corporate store standard.
 
"As a growing franchise company, it is essential to have a great POS system. It is an important part of the system we are selling to new franchisees," said Scott Gittrich, president of Toppers Pizza, in a news release. "In the testing stages we reviewed several different POS vendors. We needed a POS system that can do it all and is completely intuitive for our team members to operate."
 
In 1996, Toppers Pizza began using Intura's legacy POS system known as Sell More Pizzas. Although this platform served Toppers Pizza well for a number of years, the desire to take advantage of new features in the Intura Vision product led it to begin testing the application in one of its corporate stores. As the evaluation expanded to additional corporate sites and then franchisees, Toppers Pizza selected Intura Vision as its corporate standard.

"Intura Vision brings more powerful features to Toppers Pizza than our legacy product, such as integrated credit-card processing, accounts receivable management and our integrated mapping system with store-to-door delivery directions."
 
Toppers Pizza also is evaluating Intura Enterprise, a Web-based corporate communications portal and data warehouse for multiunit restaurant organizations. Enterprise is a decision operations support and disaster recovery solutions all-in-one package.
