- Help Desk support packages that will cover your organization 24 x 7 x 365, so you’re always covered. Help Desk is able to remedy 99 percent of technical issues within 24 hours, oftentimes while still on the telephone with the customer. Our entire Help Desk staff is US-based at our World Headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
- Three levels of support and a one-year warranty:
- Warranty: All WAND Corporation-supplied equipment is guaranteed for one year. Coverage is like Time and Materials, without the cost.
- On-site: most thorough support option, includes “house-calls” for no additional charge where needed. WAND Corporation even covers the cost of shipping new hardware to your site, as well as the return shipment of defective hardware.
- Exchange: Also called “Depot”, WAND Corporation will send your affected location a new unit prior to receiving the old one back, cutting down time by as much as 50 percent.
- Time and Materials: only pay for the services you need, when you need them. WAND Corporation will bill by the hour as needed by your company. Best for organizations that know they will not need regular support. For those seeking regular support this is not your most cost-effective option.
- Hardware support is available for Digital Menu Boards, Digital POP Boards, inside and outside Order Confirmation Display units, Kitchen Video display Solutions, the Manager’s Work Station, and almost all other hardware components produced or directly resold by WAND Corporation.
- Software updates are available for stores and locations running proprietary WAND Corporation software. Upgrades included as they become available to sites with a currently active software support coverage plan.
- Database maintenance (including menu prices, product mixes, recipe configurations, etc.) is highly recommended for all stores served by WAND Corporation.
- Digital Content creation, management, and rotation can all be provided by WAND Corporation, working hand-in-hand with your business to develop a strong, unique, immediately-recognizable brand identity (or continue the one you already have) for your organization.
- All our support comes from trained WAND Corporation employees at our World Headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, where on-going instruction is provided as part of the employment process.
