The New Mark 9 Restaurant Environment

Our newest restaurant prototype, called the Mark 9, has been designed for the latest in consumer comforts and QSR kitchen modifications– much of the equipment is on wheels, the electric cables are overhead and the dual-assembly system can reduce prep time by half. With an eye to the future, the Mark 9 has been engineered with design flexibility to accommodate new operational systems. All of this enables guests to enjoy a comfortable, upscale quick-serve dining experience. The Mark 9 is offered in two dining-room configurations: 48 seats and 64 seats, with some reasonable accommodation to scale up and down as various sites require.
