As part of the setup fee, each restaurant receives a ChowNow Tablet that is used to accept and process orders. As patrons place orders, it is sent directly to the tablet device for the restaurant to process. The restaurant can communicate back to the patron on what time their meal will be ready for pickup or what time it will be delivered. The tablet is setup on the Sprint Network to ensure 24/7/365 coverage.
