The product is boosting incremental sales in the lunch/dinner daypart and during the summer, said Stan Parker, senior vice president, brand strategy and development at Krispy Kreme.

Krispy Kreme Kool Kreme includes three flavors of soft serve in a cone or cup, sundaes, milkshakes and frozen blend-in drinks. The signature offering is the Donut Sundae, which is a choice of Krispy Kreme donut, Kool Kreme ice cream and toppings.

The Kool Kreme line also includes a new frozen blend product known as the Arctic Avalanche, which features choice of ice cream and any blend-in item. Shown here, the Butterfinger Arctic Avalanche.

Milkshakes, made with Kool Kreme, also are being tested as part of the soft serve line. The drinks join the chain’s line up of specialty beverages, including bottled drinks and espresso-based drinks.

Krispy Kreme’s espresso-based drinks include cappuccino.

Krispy Kreme’s beverage line up also includes espresso-based mochas. Ice-based frozen beverages, including Chillers and Frozen Blends, are in company stores and a number of franchise locations.
