Brodersen Management, a multiunit Popeyes franchisee, recently purchased six failing stores in the Chicago market. Some of the stores, including the one shown here, had not had equipment upgrades in more than 20 years.
Two of the six Chicago stores were gutted and rebuilt, including the installation of state-at-the-art kitchen equipment.
