Marble Slab Creamery features fresh-made gourmet ice cream with a variety of mix-ins, including fresh fruit. The customer’s choice of mixins are turned into the ice cream on a frozen slab.
Great American Cookies offers more than a dozen flavor varieties in its stores at any one time. The batter for all stores is made at NexCen’s batter facility and shipped daily to operators. Operators baked the cookies and cookie cakes daily&
Pretzelmaker and Pretzel Time are merging into one brand, Pretzelmaker. The brands feature the same soft, slightly sweet, fresh-baked pretzels in various flavors, including the Everything Pretzel, shown on the left side of the plate.
