Marble Slab’s rebranding strategy includes reimaging stores to focus on its chef-inspired gourmet product. New stores going forward will reflect the new image, and franchisees will remodel based on renewals.
Marble Slab’s gourmet experience includes ice cream hand-crafted daily in small batches in-store using only fresh ingredients. Customers can choose a variety of mix-ins, which are turned into the ice cream on a cold marble slab as they watch.
The rebranding includes new product packaging. The company features more than 50 flavors, including Cookies ’N Cream. Ice cream is available by the cup or cone or for take home.
Take-home ice-cream or frozen yogurt is hand-packed to order by the pint or quart. Customers can request their favorite mix-ins.
