Rex’s Chicken celebrated its grand opening on June 21, 2010. David Rutkauskas, Beautiful Brands International founder, president and CEO reestablished the rights to Rex’s in 2007 when the chain went bankrupted in 1999.

Among the top sellers at Rex’s is the Original Rex’s Chicken. This meal comes with Rex’s crispy, bite-sized Chicken Chunks, one side and hot, fresh fry bread.
Rex’s Chicken Sandwich features a giant grilled or fried chicken breast served on a wheat bun, topped with lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles and creamy mayo. The sandwich comes with one side item.

Rex’s simple, yet retro décor allows customers to experience how Rex’s Chicken was in 1951. Rutkauskas said the atmosphere may be retro, but the cooking techniques are very modern.
Rex’s Chicken Salad features lightly breaded regular or jalapeno bite-side chicken on top of a crisp bed of iceberg and Romaine, with zesty cheddar cheese, red onion, fresh tomato and choice of dressing.
