Rita’s signature product is its Italian Ice, which is made fresh daily at each location and served within 36 hours of mixing. All Ice products are fat free, cholesterol free and trans fat free.
The Misto was added to the menu in 1998. The product is a combination of Italian Ice and Frozen Custard blended into a cool, creamy, customizable treat. Shown here, chocolate.
In 2007, the Blendini was added to Rita’s offerings. Customers choose their favorite Italian Ice flavor, choose Frozen Custard or Slenderita (fat-free soft serve) and pick a crunch for a personalized blended frozen treat.
Rita’s Ritaccino is a mix of Italian Ice and Frozen Custard, swirled with either Café or Mocha.
In 2008, Rita’s developed a fat free alternative to its Vanilla Frozen Custard, the Slenderita. The soft serve is available in a cup or a cone, in a Gelati or blended into a Blendini.
Sugar Free Mango Peach is one of four sugar-free flavors Rita’s will add in 2009. The company also plans two more sugar-free flavors for 2010.
