The biscuits at Bojangles’ are made from scratch every 20 minutes throughout the day. All-day breakfast sales contribute about 10 percent of the non-breakfast daypart sales.
The chain also offers two sweet biscuits, including the BoBerry Biscuit, featuring blueberries and a drizzle of sweet glaze.
As popular as Bojangles’ breakfast menu is, the chain also is known for its Southern-style Cajun bone-in chicken.
Bojangles’ focus on quality extends beyond its food products to its stores. The chain began a reimaging campaign three years ago, with most of its 155 company-owned stores major remodels complete.
The drive-thru is an important component of Bojangles’ operations. About 60 percent of sales are transacted at the drive-thru.
