A Look at Bojangles’ Famous Chicken

Bojangles’ Famous Chicken n Biscuits primary daypart is breakfast, during which its stores do 40 percent of their daily sales.

Like the name says, the chain is known for its biscuits, including biscuit sandwiches, Shown here, the Cajun Filet Biscuit features a deep-fried chicken breast filet.
Bojangles’ breakfast biscuits offer multiple combinations of proteins and toppings. Shown here, the Bacon, Egg & Cheese biscuit features two slices of bacon, egg and American cheese.
The biscuits at Bojangles’ are made from scratch every 20 minutes throughout the day. All-day breakfast sales contribute about 10 percent of the non-breakfast daypart sales.
The chain also offers two sweet biscuits, including the BoBerry Biscuit, featuring blueberries and a drizzle of sweet glaze.
As popular as Bojangles’ breakfast menu is, the chain also is known for its Southern-style Cajun bone-in chicken.
Bojangles’ focus on quality extends beyond its food products to its stores. The chain began a reimaging campaign three years ago, with most of its 155 company-owned stores major remodels complete.
The drive-thru is an important component of Bojangles’ operations. About 60 percent of sales are transacted at the drive-thru.
