It's the season of all things lederhosen-wearing and beer stein-bearing, otherwise known as Oktoberfest time. But at Arby's that celebration just didn't have enough meat on the bone, so the brand is launching its so-called "Meatoberfest" this Friday, combining its many meats with some of the traditional wear and equipment of the Oktoberfest season as part of a fall sandwich and swag shop launch, a news release said.
The swag shop will likely be mobbed this Friday by the most carnivorous QSR customers who want to plunk down $30 each for any one of these handmade, "not two alike," meat-emblazoned items:
the Arby's 10-gallon hat, designed for beer, though we're guessing the brand is okay with customers filling it with just about anything ... but vegetables, maybe.
