Brandon Morris, a franchise team member from Danville, Kentucky Arby's, was recently honored as the winner of the Hey Chef Neville! contest, an Arby's system-wide menu idea submission contest.

Morris' winning idea, the King's Hawaiian Fish Deluxe sandwich, is offered at restaurants nationwide as a special item now through March.  In addition to his winning idea making it onto the Arby's menu, Morris was recognized at Arby's 2014 Worldwide Franchise Convention in Las Vegas, presented with an award trophy, a $1,500 check and an official Arby's chef jacket.

"I am thrilled that Arby's responded so well to my idea for the King's Hawaiian Fish Deluxe sandwich," said Morris in a company press release. "The Classic Fish sandwich is a big hit among our guests, so I thought what better way to make a popular sandwich even better than to add a sweet, flaky King's Hawaiian bun."

The King's Hawaiian Fish Deluxe sandwich features a fillet of breaded, sustainably sourced Alaskan Pollack, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, Hawaiian pickle, and a King's Hawaiian bun.
