Arby's not 'chicken' to go for chicken

They may be better known for other meat sandwiches, but as of Monday, Arby’s chain locations now offer buttermilk breaded chicken breast sandwiches, as well, including bacon Swiss, chicken cordon bleu, crispy chicken and buffalo chicken.

Arby’s decided to add the Buffalo version of the sandwich after the successful launch of  its Buffalo chicken slider earlier this year. That sandwich has been one of the chain’s top sellers this summer, a company press release said.  

The company said its buttermilk breading not only gives the sandwiches a nice punch of flavor, but also helps to lock in the meat’s natural juiciness.
