Arby's sells 14 restaurants to franchisee

Mosaic Investments Inc. has purchased 14 Arby's restaurants from Arby's Restaurant Group Inc. According to the Tampa Bay Business Journal, Atlanta-based Mosaic also plans to build 13 more Arby's units in the Tampa area within the next nine years.

Financial details about the transaction were not disclosed.
