Arby's sued after salmonella outbreak

The News and Tribune (Indiana):The first of approximately a dozen lawsuits was filed in aGeorgiastate court this week against Arby's Restaurant Group Inc. and Arby's LLC, following a salmonella outbreak inLowndes County,Ga., in August. The suit was filed on behalf of an Arby's patron who was hospitalized after she had eaten at one of the company's restaurants.
