Arby's swings into summer with golf-themed burger promotion

Arby's is aiming to tee off summer sales with a new promotion that combines golf and its signature menu items, according to a press release.

The fast-food chain has launched the "Arby's Burger Driver," a custom-branded golf club available for a limited time to a select number of fans through an online contest running from June 3 to June 9.

Arby's Burger Driver was made for our fans who love golfing almost as much as they love a juicy burger," Ellen Rose, Arby's CMO, said in the press release. "We know that our burgers have what it takes to drive away the competition and put a little sizzle in fans' golf swings, and now we can't wait to see our new Burger Driver add some extra flavor to the fairway!"

While the clubs themselves are not edible, Arby's is also highlighting its menu offerings, specifically the Arby's Deluxe Burger and the Big Cheesy Bacon Burger, both available for a limited time at participating locations nationwide.

The Arby's Deluxe Burger features a thick patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and a special sauce on a toasted brioche bun. The Big Cheesy Bacon Burger ups the ante with crispy bacon, American and Swiss cheese, alongside the standard toppings.
